Lee offers crisis One-on-One sessions via phone, text or messenger helping you navigate difficult situations.

Need Help Now?

You need guidance now (not when the office is open)

Painful events happen, and often inconveniently during ‘off hours”. Offered confidentially by phone, text or messenger, Lee will assist you during a time of need. Using effective modalities, you will find comfort and resolution while Lee helps you navigate this struggle.

Examples of when a crisis call may be beneficial to you:

Pets: Your pet is unwell (or you’d like to connect with them on a deeper level), and you’d like a check-in to read what they may need or are trying to tell you.

Conflict: Conflict arises in a relationship or there’s a family struggle. You’re looping and can’t seem to find a solution. You may be too emotionally attached and can’t get to the clarity needed to see a way forward. A situation arises at work that is uncomfortable and you need direction from an outside observer.

Lee will help you navigate a path.

NOTE: IF YOU FEEL SUICIDAL, OR MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY UNWELL - PLEASE SEEK THE GUIDANCE OF A PHYSICIAN. CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. THIS SERVICE IS NOT TO TAKE THE PLACE OR BE CONFUSED WITH MEDICAL ASSISTANCE OR CARE.

How to get in touch, and begin an off-hours session:

  • Message Lee here

  • You will be sent a link to pay for your session including the options of how you would like contact (phone, text, messenger)

  • Emergency Crisis Sessions are $175, paid in advance and issued a receipt

Lee, how can I ever thank you for being available during such a difficult time?

In the middle of a crisis (on a Saturday night) with my spouse, Lee helped me navigate my feelings with ‘Belief System’ work, guided meditation and journaling. She guided me through an extremely difficult night and helped me respond, rather than react which changed the dynamic of the situation. I was able to bring a sense of calmness to my body and remove myself from fight or flight mode. I was able to respond to the situation rather than react. I had no one to go to at this time and she was there for me with really helpful stuff.

You were an Angel I needed that Saturday night and I am so grateful. Thank You.
