In each session, Lee taps into a range of intuitive modalities, listening deeply to your body, mind, and spirit to deliver exactly what they need. As your body responds, Lee adapts to ensure all your needs are met during the session. Clients often experience profound relief and transformation—it's like stepping into a magical portal of wellness.

One-on-One and Group Sessions provide a one-of-a-kind healing experience.

During your session with Lee, the integration (with your permission) of many modalities will be brought to the table, enabling the natural flow of healing the body.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to do a thing, just lay there and feel the progress.

    An assessment can determine dysfunctional movement habits or faulty biomechanics patterns that could be causing your issue.

    Through exercises and Myofascial release, we will work together on a plan to correct the patterns and work on getting you back to full function and strength.

    I love seeing how simplistic exercises can make a huge difference. Sessions can be covered under naturopathic coverage in your healthcare plan.

  • Athletic Therapist

    Sports Rehabilitation helps those suffering from pain, injury or illness involving the musculoskeletal system. The approach helps individuals maintain health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury, and reduce pain through exercise, movement and manual-based therapeutic interventions.

    Athletic therapists adhere to the Sports Medicine Model of care. They treat a wide range of patients, from kids with concussions to seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery, using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescriptions and other sport modality approaches like bracing and taping.

    An athletic Therapist's goal is to help clients return to their usual activities, whether that means playing competitive sports or walking to the mailbox and back.

  • Pilates

    The Pilates method reveals and supports the body’s dynamic holism.

    Through activating the entire chain connection of the body and addressing and facilitating the optimal biomechanics function of the body, transformation occurs.

    The Pilates Method was originally intended to be taught teacher to student 1:1, with the use of the Pilates apparatus.

    The best way to receive the benefits of Pilates is in a 1:1 session where you’ll have use of the Pilates apparatus.

    We also offer classes on the apparatus where you can continue to build strength and connection of the internal core that allows you to function correctly and efficiently.

  • Belief System Release Therapy involves counselling-like conversation to identify the beliefs that are holding you back from living the life you want to live.

    Limiting beliefs have the power hold a person back from making positive life decisions or discourage them from trying new things. Limiting beliefs are not always conscious.

    They can be subconscious beliefs acted out as if they were behind the scenes.

    Examples of common sabotaging beliefs are "I'm not worthy of love", or "I am not enough".

  • CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance

    the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.

    By facilitating the body's natural and innate healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and has been shown to be beneficial for people seeking help with a wide range of healthcare challenges and symptoms including:

  • Myofascial therapeutic release. This approach employs a massage-like technique using the client’s body to re-wire / re-map itself through movement. During a session, we will identify the areas of tightness and restriction in your body. By applying a gentle light sustained pressure to that area, the body will slowly move and create an unwinding effect in the myofascial system, releasing the tightness and restriction.

    This restores the springiness and elasticity that should naturally be present, allowing the body to hold itself better once again and more importantly, release pain.

  • Sound balances the chakras & naturally allows the body to regenerate at a cellular level, enhancing our ability to enter a meditative state.   • If you or your dog are suffering from ill health, BodyTalk for animals is what you need. Using animal communication, reiki, and BodyTalk the story of what your animal may be holding onto can be released.
